Eric Ditonno

Owner/Operator

Eric DiTonno is an experienced security and business management professional with a proven track record in managing security operations, risk assessments, and technical security systems. As the co-owner of CapitalTN LLC, Eric oversees business management, financial operations, and security consultations, leveraging his expertise in access control, special event security, and security systems. He brings over a decade of hands-on experience in high-level security roles, including managing operations for large healthcare networks and overseeing critical safety protocols.

Eric holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Cambridge College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. His comprehensive background in security operations, combined with his business acumen, positions him as a trusted consultant and leader in both the security and business management sectors.

Mark DiNocco

Owner/Operator

Mark DiNocco is a respected leader in security operations and business management with over 15 years of experience spanning healthcare systems, public events, and corporate environments. In his role, Mark oversees operational strategy, client partnerships, and safety consulting—including the development and delivery of security and de-escalation training for teams working in dynamic and sensitive settings. His career spans large healthcare systems, where he managed multi-site security operations, developed emergency response protocols, and led workforce development initiatives.

Mark holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Cambridge College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. He is also a certified Workplace Violence Master Instructor, delivering safety and de-escalation training across organizational levels.

Outside of work, Mark is an active volunteer and community supporter—he has raised funds as a five-time Boston Marathon charity runner, as well as a TCS London Marathon charity finisher. He also enjoys visiting hospital patients with his certified therapy dog. Mark’s deep commitment to service, both professionally and personally, reflects his belief in creating safer, stronger communities.
